Metrel BetaPAT PAT Tester

Metrel BetaPAT PAT Tester is packed with time saving features. The Beta PAT can test Class 1, Class II and Class III electrical appliances. The Metrel BetaPAT is a downloadable PAT Tester. Results can be stored on the Beta PAT and then downloaded onto the optional SimplyPATs Version 5 Software

It can store electrical appliance names e.g. PC, VDU, Kettle, angle grinder, photocopier etc plus Building / Customer names and Room / Department names for default recall.
The unit differs from the Metrel OmegaPAT as this unit does not have a flash test facility, The IEE guidance notes do not recommend a flash test for in-service testing of electrical equipment as this can damage equipment.

Metrel OmegaPAT PAT Tester

The Metrel OmegaPAT conforms to VDE072, Electricity at Work Regulations, IEE Guidelines, HSE guidelines and relevant British Standards. The unit also has a flash test facility.

This Omega PAT tester can store appliance names e.g. Drill, Kettle, VDU, Charger etc. It can also store Building / Customer names and Room / Department names for default recall.

The Metrel Omega PAT tester is dual voltage and has the ability to test 230V, 110V (including center tapped) and IT appliances, optional adaptors allow it to test 415V, 16A, 32A.

The Metrel/Alphatek Omegapat is packed with features. It is highly intelligent, enabling it to automatically set the download baud rate for your PC and the correct communications port of your PC so that it can download the appliance test results.
