These popular FAIL Labels for PAT testing are designed for sticking onto the appliance after the appliance has failed its PAT Test (ie: formal visual inspection and electrical safety tests). They identify that the portable appliance is unsafe to use. Most people use a fine permanent marker pen to write in the unique appliance ID or appliance number, followed by the FAIL date and initials of the person who failed the PAT test.
